Nancy Weiman

My love for aesthetically pleasing spaces was inspired in me by my mother, who took a "decorating correspondence course" by mail in the 70's. She generously helped her neighbors pull their rooms together with what they already had. My inherited creative abilities landed me at Colorado Institute of Art, where I completed the full Design Course, including Interior Design. The opportunity to stage a modern new build boasting over 5,000 square feet in Denver's SloHi neighborhood in 2017, proved to be the impetus for creating Upstaging Colorado Premier, formerly Upstaging Colorado. It is my goal to curate a trending style for each home, while respecting the home’s character and eventual buyer! The many referrals we get, are proof of the responsive, timely manner in which I conduct business, while using my problem-solving skills to also produce a great and profitable result!
